Returns & Refunds Policy

At Groymi LLC, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

1. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 30 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason. This right also applies if a third party (not the carrier) appointed by you received the product on your behalf.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days, using the original method of payment. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

3. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods must be in unused condition, in their original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Perishable goods or items past their expiration date.

  • Unsealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection.

  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.

5. Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
